Pastor Terry Glenn

Founder

Pastor Terry Glenn is a faith leader, pastor, and community advocate serving families, children, and under resourced individuals all across the Kansas City metro. As the founder and pastor of World Harvest Ministries, he has dedicated his life to combining spiritual leadership with practical community development.

For decades, Pastor Glenn has worked to strengthen underserved neighborhoods through education, mentorship, economic development, and community outreach. His leadership has helped launch initiatives that address critical community needs, including access to fresh food, youth development, and neighborhood revitalization.

His vision continues to guide the World Harvest Foundation's commitment to empowering communities through faith, leadership, and service.

Co-Founder

BRAHIAN RAMON

Brahian Ramon is a church planter, evangelist, and technologist from the eastern Dominican Republic. Called to ministry at 15, he studied Biblical Theology and Pastoral Ministry in seminary while earning a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and later completed a master's degree in Computer Science. In 2018, he planted a church in his hometown of La Romana that continues to grow and serve its community today. He has since completed an 18-month church planting residency, served on staff at Glory Church, and worked for two years as a cybersecurity engineer in Overland Park, Kansas. Brahian believes that with strong leadership and the right solutions, communities can truly flourish. That belief is at the core of everything he does — advancing the Kingdom through church planting, missions, education, and technology.

WILLIAM AKOO

Co-Founder

William Akoo is Co-Founder of the World Harvest Foundation and leads initiatives in Kenya while also supporting community development efforts in Kansas City.

Born and raised in Kenya before moving to the United States at the age of 9, William brings a unique cross-cultural perspective that helps bridge communities locally and internationally. He is passionate about leadership development, youth empowerment, and creating opportunities for underserved communities.

William's work focuses on equipping local leaders, building strategic partnerships, and helping communities develop sustainable solutions that create lasting impact.
